Comptes rendus mathématiques - Mathematical Reports is
normally published 4 times a year by the Royal Society of Canada.
The 2007 price is $60 for institutions and $35 for individuals.
For subscribers with Canadian shipping addresses, add 5% GST or 13% HST as
applicable.
For subscribers with non-Canadian shipping addresses, the given rates are
payable in US dollars.
