General Information

The purpose of Comptes rendus mathématiques - Mathematical Reports is to provide quick publication of short papers announcing important new results (normally not exceeding 6 TeX pages). We will occasionally also publish review or expository articles (not exceeding 32 TeX pages) that are written or presented by Fellows of the Royal Society. Papers may be submitted in either English or French.

Manuscripts must be in their final form and prepared in accordance with the instructions given here. A manuscript should be sent either to the Editors-in-Chief or to one of the Fellows of the Royal Society. A paper may be submitted either by sending a PDF file electronically (as an attachment), or by mailing three copies.

After a paper is accepted, authors will be asked to submit a TeX file of the paper electronically. When we receive the final version, a payment of $20 per page will be requested to help defray the costs of publication. Each author will be sent an electronic (PDF format) reprint of the final printed article.

Comptes rendus mathématiques - Mathematical Reports is produced in cooperation with the Canadian Mathematical Society (CMS) and the CMS TeX Office.
